The reps are in Oregon in the good old USA.not outsourced to any foreign company.
The rates for both seem to be comparable,but I would rather stick with bikeflights.how about you use shipbikes and let us know how it worked?

I've used Bikeflights and Ship Bikes. Both worked fine. FedEx does the shipping you are just buying the label through either one of these.
