Stem and bars actually look to be correct.
Wrong year tank and the braces on the front fender should be semi tubular instead of the flat style.
The headlight should be a Delta Winner.

headlight would be a front loader delta torpedo,aluminum,or steel. flat braces were only used on the '38's.
