Elgin help

I love me an Elgin... but not sure about this one. What's a fair price for it?

Looks like another Westfield built bike, 38-40. I'd probably go as high as $200.

I was after that one a few months ago. I figured it was long gone. I didn't want to pay $500 but if it were mine it would take at least that much to pry it out of my hands.

I was talked NY to him a few months ago as well. After shipping and packing it would of been too much for that bike
