Mercury Pacemaker...Boys/Girls..same fenders and chainguard ?

These fenders and chainguard are from a girls Pacemaker .I was wondering if the boys and girls are the same ? Any info would be appreciated.Thanks

My friend owns the frame/fork and the pieces in the pics. I am working on a trade with him,trying to figure out a fair value . If I do get it I will be selling eventually.
