'He loved it' I guesss, it's in remarkable condition.
Yet, you might, very carefully as the paint can be soft or brittle to the touch on badges , , get that metal polish or wax, whatever stuff, off, out of the textured, corners etc. areas. off that badge or it'll pull a reversal on ya and stain it.
