While trying to convert my 1940 CT to a front wheel EBike for pedal assist with my new prosthetic.
But, I have to replace the OEM fork with a donor one.
My fork stem has a 13 1/2" length.
But, I see various lengths used.
WHY are there different lengths?

Hey Chuck, I would want a 13 1/2" headtube stem fork which apparently may not be the common size of the various models/years CT prewar made.
Maybe they're different lengths due to the frame that has the welded bushing for the largest wrap around headtube basket and the standard large basket...
