I'm wondering if I could swap out the trigger shifter on my AB hub for a quadrant style shifter. I understand that the AW and AB hubs use the same internals ( just with the added drum brake on the AB ) but do the two styles of shifter pull the same length of cable?
The same fellow that I got my CCM from is also thinking of parting with this Triumph. I've done some searching around, and can't find much on the brand and nothing on this frame at all. Does anyone have any info and/or suggestions on an offering price?

I picked up my first project today. I think it's a 1943, if I'm interpreting the serial number right. It looks at first glance to be 9v6686, but there isn't a "V" serial number batch, so I'm wondering if it's a mis-stamped "K", which would make it a '43. 28" wheels, with a single speed...
I found this cheap little Hong Kong made light at a junk store the other day, unfortunately the mount was missing.
Does anyone have a picture of what it looks like so I can try to fab up something that'll look right?
