    TOC Bicycle Stands & Racks

Thanks Dick, I unfortunately had to say goodbye to her a couple of years ago, I’m confident she went to a good home… but I still miss her, she was in my life for 40+ years

    Racycle Advertisement

This isn’t an original ad, I remember when it first started showing up someone on here said they had made it…. Unfortunately, I don’t remember who, but I would think they have the original artwork.

    Swap Possible

It was done quite often, there are two concerns, on the older frame, you’ll want to confirm which crank hanger is on it, 1904 was arguably the debut of the “new, improved crank hanger” it didn’t thread into the frame was, clamped if I remember correctly, the older hanger threaded into the frame...

    Racycle Stamp

I’ll take a look at my images to figure out how I came up with the script for “The”.... something else to keep in mind, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if there were numerous stamps that were similar for the seats, I have seen images of at least two that were similar but different. I know Miami...

New SoCal CL find: 1909 Racycle Rideabout(I think)

Outstanding! Congrats!! She is a pretty rideabout, you have the hardest items to find already, the seat you’d questioned is absolutely Racycle, that’s the script on the top, it would have been a factory or, dealer installed option over the standard rideabout seat as pictured in the catalog...

    Racycle pacemaker project

Yes, any that still have the model badge it's much easier to date, Miami Cycle started in 1895, add the model number to that date, the last digit of the model number is the actual model of the bike whereas the previous numbers will give you the date, for example, the 1903 cushion frame roadster...

Racycle Racer crankset overhaul. How To!

Also, keep in mind, if you have the earlier crankset, the threads are reverse thread (left), so what you think will be loosening will actually tighten, don’t break that center post!

    SOLD- Stutzman rims

I have a pair of Stutzman 28” rims, they have never been mounted, 36 hole, put the finish you want on them, they are virgins... lace them to nice hubs, slide some tires on and go riding (or just show them off!).... $200.00 for the pair plus shipping.

    Racycle Pacemaker indexed chainwheel

Hey folks, here’s a Racycle Pacemaker indexed chainwheel, believe this is a one year option (1908). The pics are from when it came to me, the center of the chainwheel is a little rough and it would need to be plated for a show bike but, it’s the rarest of the big Racycle chainwheels....$250+...

    Sold Incredibly rare Racycle

Actually, I’d prefer them to be hosted, if there was an easy way to make it happen, I’d be glad to import them to the CABE.... let’s figure something out, there’s currently over 1500 images in the research folder, to me, the key would be keeping them in an organized folder, in all honesty, I...

Thanks, I’m confident that things will be turning around, just couldn’t gamble any further. There are pics linked to the posts, well over 1500 in the research folder alone! What other pics would help?.... It wouldn‘t be right to overload the CABE server when I pay to have them hosted on Flickr.

Might want to re-phrase that, none of the Racycle rings are shown as well as many others from Miami but this reference is terrific for the Flying Merkel rings!

Yep, unrestored, yep, from Blue’s collection but, this particular bike is a Miami, oddly enough, NOT a Racycle, he also has a Racycle factory racer in French Grey and another Pacemaker in the Gun Metal Blue.
