    Sunday's Show and Tell...2/17/19

Picked this up a few weeks ago but just got around to working on it. It had been sitting outside in the mud at a restaurant in downtown for more than 25 years. Everything was frozen and rusted solid on it. After 2 days of disassembly, cleaning, repairing, and reassembly I got it working again. I...

    1943 Huffman military bike?

It would be a shame to have a real military bike painted as a civilian bicycle. The potential in that bike is bringing it back to its originality. Love it or hate it, it is a military bicycle. But you own it and not me. So it's yours to do as you please. Most people like myself that are into...

    1943 Huffman military bike?

Keep the wheels and the seat with the bike no matter what you do with it. The wheels and hubs are hard to find. The seat is original to the bike and is correct and also hard to find. Try to clean the paint up on the bottom and get a better read on the numbers. There should be 2 sets of numbers...

    Whizzer value

Would have been a good deal at $700. Just wait a few weeks. After she learns how to crash on it, it'll be back up for sale for considerably less $$. It will cost her more than $700 to fix her broken teeth and bones. JKent

Not a bicycle but still very cool. It has two speeds and plays sounds as you ride. It needs a complete restoration but was well worth the $$

Late 40’s B6 (I think) tank and rack

Are you looking for original matched paint? Or just the correct parts? I have a 6 hole post war rack. It was originally Maroon and looks to have that color still on it under all of the spray paint.

    Louisville Elgin blu...

You would also think that if the guy has internet and obviously he does, (He posted it on CL for sale) 5 minutes of searching Google anyone could find out what it was and a pretty good clue of value. Louisville Elgin blu...

I just don't know why anyone with any bicycle knowledge would pass on it and post it. Why not just keep it on the down-low and buy it for $500 and turn your own $7000 profit? Glad the guy with no knowledge (Original CL Owner) got what looks like a really good value out of the bike. Just really...
