Beautiful 1937 prewar women’s Elgin Swallow Balloon Tire Bicycle. Comes with Drop Stand, drop center wheels, ornate chain guard, long spring saddle seat. Will need tubes, tires and grips replaced. Should make a great candidate for a patina restore. A little elbow grease and some new grease and...
Beautiful 1939 Colombia Bicycle. Great candidate for a patina restoration. Just a light clean and grease and you’d have one nice example of a prewar bicycle. Where the value really comes from on this bike is the New Departure 2 Speed set up. It’s complete and in working condition. Some have...
An acquaintance literally dug this up. He asked my thoughts on it. I personally don’t see anything more than a wall hanger. Interested in what others think about it. Does anything look salvageable on it?
The bike looks like a pre 1930s motobike style with gutter fenders with flat braces and coffin style chainring. I was told the rims are metal clad over wood. Not sure exact tire size but might be 28”. Lucky 7 seat post. Skip tooth chain. Think I was told Columbia might have had chainrings like...
These parts came off a late 1940s postwar women’s deluxe J.C.Higgins. Pretty sure they will work on a men’s JC bike but check your measurements. Last picture is bike they came off of and if you need other parts I might have them still.
Women’s Tank $65 shipped (paint not original)
Kickstand $40...
Found this Schwinn Cruiser SS with 20” tires yesterday. I only found a couple examples online. Someone said they made this model in 1997. Anybody have any info on it? Looks like a mini version of the mid 90s Schwinn cruiser bicycles.
I picked up this bike over the weekend. Not sure what year or model exactly but is stamped 1940 on the crankset. Serial number is machine stamped. This thing has at least 3 layers of paint on it and appears to have been originally black. The rims are black and have original pinstripe. Not sure...
Anybody know about ACME bicycle & Supply Company badged bicycles out of Minneapolis Minnesota? What brands did they sell? What years were they in business? I think the head badge is brass.
Shelby raindrop 48 tooth chainring. Some chrome loss as shown in picture. Great for original patina bike.
prewar/early postwar bottom bracket. One of the bearing cones that attaches to the chainring has a chip by one of the spanner holes. Doesn’t affect performance. Please see pictures. Cleaned...

I believe this to be a repop of a Columbia tank. Was on a Schwinn DX when I bought it and it fit. Was told it might fit other brands as well. I have not tried to polish or clean it. Please examine pictures. Price is shipped.

5 license plate reflector nuts and Mudflap reflectors. 2 of the plate reflectors have a manufacturer on the back. Looking to get $25 shipped with tracking for the lot. PayPal FF as payment.
I have this a Schwinn approved seat with vinyl cover and rivets. Looks like a Mesinger. No marking other than on the cover. Can anybody tell me what model and years they used these on?
Can any of you brilliant people on The Cabe ID this vintage road bike? It looks to have internally routed cable on the top tube. Possibly bolt through seat stays. Owner thinks it a Raleigh. Looks spray bombed. Any help appreciated!
Picked up this bike for the Brooks B72 seat. It’s actually a lot nicer than I thought it would be. It should clean up really nice. Has a Shuresta adjustable kickstand and a Britannialloy Pump. Always wanted to do the Lake Pepin 3 Speed tour with my gal and this might be a good bike for that. My...
Picked up this Prewar ladies Schwinn frame with hanging tank and DX style rack. Serial number C10345. Also appears to have a diamond stamp and a 9 above the serial number. I haven’t had time to take the crankset out to see if it’s marked. Everything looks like it was brush painted black...
Picked up this prewar motorbike style frame. I believe the fenders are Wald replacements. Not sure it the fork is original. The chain ring is unfortunately missing a spoke. The hubs are ND front and blackout ND rear. Handlebars are Torrington. The pedals are Excel B26 from 60s middleweights...
Picked up this Schwinn Fair Lady today. Amazing what washing and adjusting can do for a bike. I’ll polish the chrome another day. My Gal had a fun time riding it around the neighborhood.
Picked up this massively large frame Nishiki single speed conversion tonight for free. Just going to use for parts but that frame is huge. 27” center of crank to top.
Morrow Eclipse Hub. P2 stamped 36-13 which I believe makes it 1946. Hub works but assume it needs a rebuild. $70 shipped with tracking. PayPal FF as payment.
Can anyone identify what model Raleigh this is? I only have the one picture. Looks to have had the drop bars and stem turned around. Wondering if this model originally had drop bars. I appreciate any input!
Shelby supreme badge. Says Supreme with the Shelby cycle co. Shelby, Ohio. Comes with original rivets. Would look great on a survivor original patina frame. Knight headed badge.

A friend of mine just got done cleaning up and refurbishing this old Trek for me. Serial number L3R9D70. I believe it puts it somewhere around 1978 or 1979. It has the sticker decals and the screw on headbadge. It’s a really lightweight bike. I need to get some bar tape for it yet. I might also...
Picked this up reasonably from someone who listed as a garden bike. I believe it’s a JC Higgins The coaster brake arm is marked JC Higgens. It has no badge. Figure if anything else the parts are worth something. Does anyone have any information on the bike? Year, make, model, etc?
Thanks!
Bendix front hub. Clean and ready for grease and assembly. Bearing races and bearings look good. Some very light pitting in couple spots on the hub itself, still shows very nicely. Came off a prewar model bike but I’m sure would work for postwar as well. Price is shipped in the U.S.

Brooks leather bicycle seat. It’s a B15 Narrow model. Leather is dry so would probably benefit from some proof hide. Tag on back has been removed. Would look great on a vintage road or track bike including Schwinn paramount and others.
What you see is what you get.

Found this Schwinn LeTour at a price to good to pass up. It’s really clean and mostly original. I think the rear rim has been replaced with a matrix rim and shimano 600 hub. Going to clean it up and give it a tune up and new grease. Should give me something to do over the long winter months.
These pieces came on the end of the front fender support braces on a 47 monark fender. Not sure if they were for part of fender braces to add an extension or possibly part of the fork? I only had the fenders so did not see how they were attached. Can anyone tell me what they are and possibly...
Monark super deluxe rear reflector with aluminum housing. Was told it was from a 1947 Monark Super Deluxe. Had Stimsonite #15 reflector.
I imagine the housing will clean / polish nicely or leave as is. I have not tried to clean it.
Selling as is as shown.

I believe this to be from the 1950s. Colson Commander Tank. Pretty straight overall. Still very solid. I have not tried to clean. Please examine images. Price includes shipping.

Got this Marshall Wells Zenith bicycle recently. I’m assuming it’s a postwar bike. I love the green color and the white darts. Planning on cleaning it up, re-greasing everything, adding new tires and making it a daily rider. Might try and retrofit the Delta light to accept LED bulbs. I haven’t...
Just picked this up and I believe it is a Huffman Lightning Flyer. One was posted years ago and it was determined to be about a 1947. Pretty solid bike. It has an aluminum Torrington style stem (unmarked), skip tooth chain and sprocket, drop center rims and cool pedals. I love the green on green...
Complete Shelby headset with fork crown race. Straight profile cups. Some chrome loss on the bearing cups and completely on the lock nut. The lock nut appears to have copper plating on it. Set seems like it will work fine once greased and installed and would be great for an original patina bike...
This front hub came off a prewar bike rim. Cleaned it up nicely. Has BENDIX ELMIRA, N.Y. U.S.A. on it. No other numbers or model number. Can anyone identify what model it is and what years they used them? Looks similar to a model K but doesn’t have any other writing or spoke count/size indications.
Pardon me if this topic has been discussed before. I’ve searched the threads but didn’t find anything to match. What is everyone using for prewar balloon tire replacements? I have a couple prewar bikes I’d like to find tires for. I do have some old checked balloon tires that I’ve put on bikes...
Wondering if anyone can help narrow down the year of this Firestone cruiser? I only have these pictures so can’t provide a serial number. Did they make these without the headlight, tank and rear rack?
Bevin clover bell. Rings but not super loud. Has great patina for the right bike build. Would look great on any prewar or postwar bicycle. Complete with handlebar mount.
