Does anyone have any good pics of what type of bags fit on these handlebar hooks and/or paperboy rear racks. I have been perusing the internet and finding a lot of bike called "paperboy bikes", but am not seeing any examples of which bags fit where, or how they are attached.

Is there a trick to old keep white walls from cracking when you are installing them. I had a pair that started out nice, but the whitewall portions started cracking quite a bit as I was installing them. Any suggestions?

You need to look at the spline pattern in the freewheel and get the proper tool to remove the freewheel with. It may look like the following tool and will fit into the freewheel itself, then use a wrench to remove it.
