Is it possible to convert Torrington girls streamline pedals to boys pedals? The bolts are really stuck on the pedals end and I wasn’t sure if they might be welded on or? If they do come out, then what is the easiest way to remove them?

Can someone please help me identify this frame. I was told it was a columbia, but have no idea what model it may be (if it is indeed a Columbia). The fork it came with had a postwar set of schwinn truss rods and no headbadge so I could use a little help with this one.

Original Schwinn Phantom Seat (heavy patina) would be good for a older unrestored phantom, or use this seat pan to recover for a new saddle.
