Picked up this 41 Firestone tonight. The guy did a clean out and this was one of the bikes that he found. He found one half of the tank and I'm holding out hope that he finds the other half. So it looks like I'm in the market for a headbadge and tank just in case he can't find it.

I just rebuilt my first manual 2 speed and i realized that the axle can't be equal lengths on both sides or the lever will not move. I adjusted it to where it shifts now but what is the correct length that the axle should stick out on the brake arm side? Sent from my SM-T550 using Tapatalk

Has anyone ever seen this on a two speed Bendix Red Band? This is usually one piece. Is it broken or is that how it should be? It doesn't look broken to me. I rebuilt it but I am having trouble with it not shifting. It has a new spring in it also. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated...
