Really nice 1970 BSA A65T Thunderbolt. Bike was a one-owner from new until donated to a museum. I bought it from the museum with the intentions of keeping it but I found a different bike that I want more so I'm reluctantly selling this one. Bike allegedly has 70k miles on it but it sure doesn't...

Very rare Italian Aurelia "Lapebie" headlight new-in-box. Includes mounting bracket. The "visor" is part of the lens. Great condition. $89 shipped insured in US 48. Thanks for looking.
Pretty nice and almost complete ca. 1957 or so Murray 26" Super Deluxe. I think this would polish up pretty nicely (which I will do and ride if it doesn't sell). Has the wrong rear rack, grips, and headlight. Headlight should be a variation on the Delta Rocket Ray. Top tube is dented under the...
I picked up "Murray," the lesser-known cousin of WF X-53. He's not dressed properly, wearing an inappropriate rack and headlight, and a goofy reflector and grips:
His homely younger sister, Monterey, tagged along, too:

A 100+ year old local business closed recently and had an auction of old stock, etc. Saturday. Along the way, it had sold appliances, radios, photography equipment, etc., not always all at the same time. I spent most of the day there and came home with a pickup truck load, including NIB 35mm...
I bought this a couple weeks ago but it was delivered this past week. 1976 Suzuki RE5 Rotary, one-owner, 3600 miles, original Suzuki accessory Tour Pak (fairing, side cases, trunk, luggage rack). Came out of Wadsworth, Ohio, originally owned by the co-owner of the former Suzuki dealership there.
Selling my 1974 MZ TS250. East German 250cc single-cylinder in very good condition. This was donated to a museum and I bought it from them. It was stored inside in a heated building but has not been started for a few years. They drained the fuel, and the inside of the tank is clean. It will need...
1953 Monark Silver King El Dorado for sale. I hate the overused term "barn find" but this really is just that. I haven't taken the time to clean it up yet but you can save some $$ by doing it yourself. It's definitely worth restoring, or maybe just cleaning it up and riding it. Tires don't hold...
Really solid brown leather, long chrome spring saddle. 15" long overall; leather is 10" long by 8-1/4" wide. Imprint on the skirt on both sides says "Special" in script in the center, "Superior Quality" in block letters at the top, and "USA" in block letters at the bottom. $150 shipped in the...
Two-and-a-half gallon Metaframe aquarium. These have stainless steel frames and slate bottoms. Guaranteed to leak, so it will need resealed. The slate bottom has a repair on it but that place doesn't leak. Leaks are in the usual places, around the sealed edges where the seals have dried up...
1950s Anscoflex II camera, flash attachment, and original kit case, all in very nice condition. Flash bulbs, too! Camera's leather case is missing it's top half, but otherwise it all looks complete. No moldy smell, and it's from a smoke-free, pet-free home. $35 shipped in the US48, PayPal only.
No new hardware this week, but I did get my introductory materials from joining the Veteran-Cycle Club in England, and they arrived quickly. The newsletter and magazine are well done and very interesting. Looks like it's going to be fun.
Hey Brant, what are the components - derailleurs, hubs, rims, etc.? Also, what is the seat tube measurement (i.e. frame size) BB center to top of seat tube. Thanks
I grabbed this 1991 Trek 2500 off CL. It is in exceptional condition and even had the original seat, though I replaced it for now. This was one of Trek's first forays into carbon fiber frames (they were introduced around 1987). It has polished aluminum lugs and carbon tubes. Groupset is Dura...
I think I may have a set of fenders for that. I'll look in the garage over the weekend if you are interested. Probably can't get time to do it before then.
I've become interested in lightweight bicycles lately, so I bought this book on Japanese bikes. The photography is great amd the details on some of these bikes are pure art. I'm a nerd for beautiful craftsmanship.
