The downtube decal is what, 1978, 1979 or thereabouts? So a late 70's frame (possibly Speedster?) "converted" to a Fastback? Not to mention wrong pedals, reflectors, grips... I'm not entirely sure exactly what it is, but it's not a 1967 Fastback.

Just an observation, but it looks like there is pitting, and I would expect to see color loss in the pitting. I am thinking somebody may have taken them apart and painted those pieces. I could be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me.
