I recently purchased a Schwinn Pre-War girls frame and noticed it to be a bit off. When I measured the seat tube the frame size came out to be 20" ..... so a tall frame! Listed in Schwinn ads but only made for a few years. Cannot find any mention of these frames in a previous CABE posting...
