Here is a very nice single compartment large saddle bag with 3 points of attachment. All 3 leather straps are in good condition with no tears or separation. All 3 buckles are fully serviceable with minor corrosion that will clean off. Judging by the lack of any indentations from the buckles on...
Would be a good rider for a proper patina/survivor bike. Obvious tears, scuffs and damage to top, but is actually a comfortable riding saddle. Chassis and bracketry in good serviceable shape. Will fit in medium USPS Priority flat rate box for $17.10. PayPal preferred. Happy to answer any...
A friend was gifted this from a local bike shop that didn’t want anything to do with old Brit roadsters. I showed him how to do some basic maintenance and he’s riding it all the time with a big grin on his face. His new aluminum Trek hybrid 18 speed with disc brakes is sitting in his garage...
Just picked up this really nice 21” 69 Robin Hood. The new white tires that came on it are sweet, but it was the shop sticker from the iconic Chicago bike shop Minky’s that closed the deal.

Pretty grungy but looks to be all original. Bicycle Corporation of America handmade in Allentown, PA, home of, but not affiliated with (to my knowledge) Ross Bicycles also headquartered in Allentown. Only in operation for a few years before the tidal wave of PacRim bikes take over the MTB...

Spent some time with my latest find off Craigslist today. Need a drop stand and a pair of truss rods, but other than that, it’s ready for the road.
thanks to Tour De Luxe for the heads up!
Thanks to a heads up this morning from Tour De Luxe, I picked up this prewar W-H fast back of Craigslist with serial number E 3670. Looks like something between the E and 3, but doesn’t look like a letter or number. Can anyone help with the date? Thanks!!
I found this beauty in Albemarle, NC. Hub date is AW-9, which, from my research, dates it to 1939. 26” wheels with rod brakes, tangent S/A shifter with zig-zag cable run and very nice Dunlop Drilastic M-15 saddle.
Serial number on left rear dropout reads FT10311.
Of interest is the white (now...

Judging by holes to move the front bracket to fit most bikes, I’m assuming this is an aftermarket, possibly Wald chain guard. Nice condition as shown. Has all nuts bolt and brackets. What you see is what you get. Happy to answer questions or provide other pictures. $40 + actual shipping. Prefer...

Got lucky with a local Facebook Marketplace bike. Looks to be all there and in good dusty, crusty barn find shape. Bonus is the original 26 x 1 3/8 Raleigh Record tires in remarkably good unrotted shape. Finding Brit roadsters in 23” size and unmolested original condition is getting harder to...
This green Sardar oil lamp has never been used-no soot whatsoever inside. There are some scuffs and scratches along with the top a little pushed in but seem to be from storage and long term shopwear.
These lamps pop up every so often but rarely with the spring loaded shock absorber bracket...
Original paint frameset including frame, fork, headset and bottom bracket cups.
the seastpost clamp is buggered up a bit and there is a dent on the upper drive side seat stay as shown. $250 + actual shipping. PayPal F&F
Here is an excellent article from Milwaukee Magazine from 2011. While 10 years old, it details the TOC collection of Carl Deitz and how the Milwaukee Public Museum has been so dismissive of the importance of the collection and has no desire to publicly display and catalogue such a collection of...
Came across this 1950 Armstrong yesterday on Facebook Marketplace. 22” frame and 26” wheels. 26x1 1/4” tires on beautiful chrome Dunlop rims. These pictures are “as found”.
Love the cutout chainring, maze patterned pedal blocks and deco styled downtube decal. Head badge almost has a guilded...
Found this on Etsy.com. It is located in Greece and listed for $1,700 + International Shipping. This is the text from the ad:
"We offer for sale an ANTIQUE EXTREMELY RARE 'BIANCHI SPRING FOLDING BICYCLE MODEL 1912', made in ITALY circa 1913 and was used in the 1st World War by the...
Found this on FB Marketplace. 4hr round trip, but worth it. Made at the Bradford on Avon factory. Someone spray painted all chrome silver and the frame looks like it got a sad paint job, too. It looks complete and an pretty good shape.
This is my first Moulton-is that the original seat?
I recently set this up as a fenderless Pashley Gov’nor style build but decided it need some mud guards, as the Brits call them.
The bike I was given (first picture) was missing the front fender, but I had a set left over from an Electra Amsterdam donor bike I got for the 700c wheels and Shimano...
Here’s some detailed pictures of my 1954 Hercules Churchill De Luxe rod brake roadster. It looks to be all original and complete. It has a 23” frame and 26 x 1 3/8” wheels. Serial #1196300. Dynohub # 854. Pictures pretty much tell the story. I’ve been delaying refurbing this, but it looks like a...
Been working on this Old 62 Phillips 28” rod brake front TCW coaster/3 speed rear (not my choice but that’s how it came to me!) and decided to do a stripped down Pashley Gov’nor build. Waiting on some Fiberax brake shoes and a 3 speed shifter cable.

From my research this is a Triumph model 12 without the eccentric bottom bracket, made from Triumphs parts bin during the war.
I have done a very sensitive restoration of this bike back to rideable...
If you have a well patinated prewar bike in need of a matching accessory horn, your wait is over!
It does work, but it’s pretty anemic in the sound dept. The plunger button is showing some missing material due to rust, but still goes up and down. It looks cooler than it sounds and operates, and...
Decent pair of rider grade T8’s. Spin freely. One shaft is perfect, the other very slight bend. Blocks are worn and some chipping as shown.

Here are some updated pictures of my recent find. It came with 28” NOS British rims, ND hubs, NOS BFGoodrich Silvertown Mexican repop 28 x 1 1/2” tires, so I had them laced up and put on. All bearings serviced, cleaned and waxed frame, and that’s it. Not bad for a 100 year old bike!
Got these thrown in with a recent buy along with a pair of like new 28” clincher rims, ND front and rear hubs, new spokes/nipples-even new tubes!
anyone know anything about these tires? I’ve never seen them and can’t find anything on the internet.
Picked this up over the weekend and there is very little on the internet about it. Appears to be almost NOS with shelf wear and some slight damage to the top from something heavy placed on it at one time. Absolutely no soot or evidence of it being lit or used. Spring loaded trapazoid thingy...
I found this on a recycling box in Boulder at the Pearl St Mall. I’m probably the only one that ever looked at this and lusted after the Iver Johnson fixed gear bike in the middle.
