Thought I would start a friendly debate. I have two 52 Phantoms. One nicely restored with a few reproduction parts. The other pretty much original except for the seat. Which one is more desirable? I like them both.
After yesterday’s bring home van pictures I decided to give this bike its own thread. After wanting and looking for one for a long time I got an Aerocycle. The bike is fully restored and IMHP to a high standard. All the parts look original to me. I’m sure someone will if something is wrong. I...
I had the opportunity to pickup a bike from @vincev yesterday that he had been holding onto for @Freqman1 that I will be delivering next week. While there Vince was kind enough to show me his vast collection of bikes. There were all make’s and models from every era a collection that anyone would...
I have what I believe to be a 1919 Sears Master. The holes on the head tube are 3 3/8 apart vertically. If anyone has one of these badges and could let me know the spacing to help confirm if this is what the bike is. Thank for any information.
I’m doing a rehab on this B6. Serial number on the bottom bracket is H27440. I thought it was late 40’s early 50’s. Tried looking it up and couldn’t find the number. Thought ok must be pre 48. Pulled the crank and it is stamped 55. Parts on the bike seem to be original I suppose the crank could...
Picked up this Apple Krate a couple days ago. The frame dates December of 68. Looks to have been repainted at some point but the paint job is decent. Fenders are reproduction and seat has been recovered. The rest of the parts seem to be if not original correct. I’m no expert on these so if...
Bike has a LaSalle badge, New Departure hubs, painted drop center rims, miller stand, locking fork (no key). I’m guessing late 30,s. Local pickup at this time don’t really want to ship. Located in Illinois 60447. Will accept PP or cash on pick up.
Picked up this bike today. The pencil kickstand and the I serial number makes me think 47 But not sure. Serial number is I54570. It has an EZ Speed badge. The rear rim is not original and I question the rack. The tank faintly says Streamliner. Just wanting to know if I’m close on the year...
First I would like to thank @nick tures for the heads up on this bike. Picked it up today from the original owners family. The gentleman bought the bike new and kept it all these years. He would have been 99. His wife is still living she is 93. The bike looks to be all original only missing the...

I stopped by my local bike shop today and he had brought this bike down form his upstairs storage. Asked him what it was and he didn’t know. It has an interesting chain ring. It has New Departure hubs. The wood rims were shot so he bought new wood wheels in 1964 and relaced them. He put the...
I picked up this bike today. It looks to be 30’s to me. I have done some research and can’t figure out who manufactured the bike. I would appreciate any input on it. Thanks
I can across this bike today. Believe it’s pre 1933 so asked the question here. would like to know what it is or if it’s just a pile of mixed up parts. Any thoughts would be appreciated
I got this tricycle in a pile of bikes I was picking up. Knowing nothing about tricycles I did a little research and figured out it’s a Happi time sold by Sears probably made by Murray. In it’s current condition I think the only thing to do is take the glass jewel off and use it on one of my bikes.
I came across this tank and have no idea what it may have come off of. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks

Don’t know much about it but I liked it and picked it up. Looks to be pretty much original except the sissy bar is stamped Schwinn so it’s wrong. After some clean up I think it will look good.

I picked up this Monark SK from the original owners son. His claim was it was bought new in the mid 30’s. I’m by far not an expert on these and would like to get an approximate year for it. I have only found one number on it included in the pictures. I’m not sure if there is a number under the...
Picked up this Corvette project today. It has a weird serial number but I think it might be a 57. I’ll start doing some cleanup and see how it turns out.

The story/legend is this Bike was specially made for a local bike shop owner. He hung it on the wall in his shop until he closed. It was the only bike that he kept from his shop when he closed down. Took it home and stored it away. Story is 1of1 because its Crome. I have no proof of that but I...
I came across this bike today being used as decoration. I looked at it and thought I can’t let it deteriorate any more than it already has. Ended up making an offer for it and bought it. I believe it could be a 38 motorbike frame. If anyone has an idea what it is I would appreciate hearing it...

Decided to put this one up for sale. I’ll let the pictures tell most of the story. I believe it’s a 39 original paint Excelsior badge. Tank is solid it’s a nonlocking fork. Horn and light are untested and would need to be rewired. Missing the top of the horn button the rest is there. I would...
