Why not edit the title. Stating it is Torrington is not true.

While A.S.BOLTNUT is right, it does have Deco styling, it is a Rollfast Swan stem

Its still a great stem and yes deco styling is reasonable. But its not a torrington deco. Thanks for the picture to back me up z.
