1890's Columbia Shaft Drive

This is hanging in the shop window of a local shop where I took a Bendix 2 speed hub for a rebuild. The owner ( who has been in the bike business for 60+ years) believes it's a
1895. He has the wood rims for it. It came with the rims in the picture sometime in the 80's

It's not 1895. It looks like a Columbia from 1898 or 99. The first year of Columbia chainless was 98. Looks like a tall one and the saddle is incorrect for the bike
