Wore out three sets of tires already!
Nice 1952 Schwinn Panther. I believe this to be real close to being as original as they get. The tank does not have any dings, its nice inside and the horn works. The light is nice inside and it also works. The S2 rims are nice but not 100% as new, I would say they are about 60 to 70 percent compared to new wheels. The last photo shows the worst spot on the wheels.
The fenders do have several dings and they show some age but overall the fenders are pretty nice. The wheels have been taken apart and all the old grease was removed and repacked and now roll as they should. The brakes discs in the rear hub have been cleaned with emery cloth, lightly oiled and the brakes are very strong. When the brakes are applied there is a squeak but that is diminishing after a few rides.
The seat has some separation, there was a repair weld on the rear rack but hardly noticeable and two tank screws on the left side of the tank are not original. The screws are round head not the tapered oval head type.
This is an honest description so the new owner doesn't get any negative surprises. The photos should also describe this bike in more detail.
