1983 Heavy-Duti Diamond Frame - Anyone have one?

The 1983 Schwinn catalog shows a Heavy-Duti with a diamond balloon frame.
It looks like it's a nice short 18"? (If it was 21" I'd guess they were using leftover 1982 Sidewinder frames).

Has anyone seen one of these?
Was it USA or Taiwan made?
Does anyone have one of these frames?

Never saw the diamond frame without the middle bar. Or at least I never noticed. I've had a bunch of the double bars. They are kinda short.

That's curious. From the picture, it looks like the Heavy-Duti and the Breeze both have forged forks. I wonder if the catalog was printed before Ashtabula shut down, or was Schwinn getting the forks somewhere else? They listed the electro-forged frames at least through 1984.
