Hi all,
Please forgive me as this is my first post. I think I have the fork struts (fairly rusted chrome, top is threaded to accept bolts, bolts are in place, square hole in bottom side of strut) for a 30's era Motorbike. I will post photos shortly but I would like an opinion about selling these here or on eBay if you don't mind. I cannot recall at all how I came across these. I did work at a few bike stores in Chicago in the 70's and then at Schwinn from 1979 to 1985. I think I've had them since before Schwinn since anything like this went to the then antique bike guy at the company and later it went to the museum curator. For a tiny bit of personal Schwinn trivia, I am the foreground guy on the "racing" bike on page 4 of the 1981 catalog.
