Aluminum Bars never seen anything like these.

Does anyone know about these lady handle bars? I have never seen another pair of bars like it. I found them on a girls Rollfast with a aluminum gooseneck also. Are these a add on or did Rollfast have these? You can see they are textured which is very cool.
