This was made by the Hettrick Co. of Toledo, Ohio, probably 1940s vintage with the skiptooth chain ring and semi pneumatic tires. I've seen Hettrick tricycles of that period but this is the first child's bicycle made by them I've ever seen. You can see the trike head badge on this page matches the head badge on the bicycle: http://www.tricyclefetish.com/hetrick.php
