Bar find Schwinn

I recently acquired this 1961 Schwinn, although that is all I could figure out about it. There were many models of bikes produced with this style frame. I know the seat is not original, but other than that it looks period correct. Any input on narrowing it down for me would be awesome!

Looks like an American,that washer is on backwards.

It looks like a 61 Tiger. It has the Tiger bars and the one year only, forged stem.

Looks like an early Sting Ray proto-type to me. Look at that seat and those high rise bars.
