It was mentioned about a week ago in the "Stuff on eBay, Craigslist, Facebook " section by MrColumbia.
Also several have written on eBay explaining that it's a reproduction and not a 1940s Original.
But he refuses to accept it.

I have an original Columbia and also the Columbia reproduction.
It's a good repo bike, but it's not worth what he's asking for.
