The s.n. is C 249xxx
What is missing except of the front fender light?

Looks like a 57 Star Torpedo Equipped. If so it may have had a flat side tank. There are marks on the white paint that seem to confirm this.

The "Lotus" from the 80's are pretty desirable, but this one was is very bad condition and spray paint.

This is the bike I bought off eBay early in 2018. It's apart now being cleaned up, serviced and waiting for a pair of tires.
