Short answer,no.that springer is a pre 55 balloon fork and doesn't come close to being right on that frame.notice the spacers under the headtube to make up for the long steer tube.

It is a rusty, cobbled-together, mish-mash of parts. It is far from factory.

Men's springers had the same length steerer tube as girls bikes. Most times they are pretty much a good fit without spacers.
