E.C. Simmons -- Who's the mfg???

I recently acquired a double bar roadster and I'm trying to learn a bit more about it. So far I believe it to be sold by E.C. Simmons and possibly badged as a Westminster based on some other Westminster bikes I've found on thecabe that have similar features and are painted orange with green head tube. The badge fits perfectly as well with 3" hole centers.

Does anyone recognize the frame to be any certain manufacturer? I found a 1915 Dayton on Nostalgic.net that shares the same fishmouth joints for the lower tube and although I'd love to leave it at that, I'm curious if someone can confirm this?

Did you take these pics from a microscope...am I looking at the atoms or just the molecules here?

You're looking at Atoms and Molecules! Here's a photo of the complete bike. Painted black and silver at some point, but that will be coming off in the near future. It has Steel Clad wheels with Model C ND coaster brake hub, but as these things are easily replaceable, I didn't want to attempt to date or identify based on accessories or easily removable parts.

Some Meadish traits, chainring, front braces.
Mead offered this type of frame in teens, gotta really dig to find lit on them.

Although, most any bike could be a Mead, lol
