Early Post War Question

I will sell this bike soon either complete or parted, depending. I would like to be sure that the red parts don't belong to it, like a 2 color scheme or something like that.

Serial number starts B, thinking 46/7.

Any input is appreciated, thank you.

Ivo, looks to me like somebody threw on some later fenders and rack. That black paint looks like it would clean up nicely. You're right on with the B serial number. Would make it 46-47.

I agree with serial no. makes appearance of '46-ish... Photos showing fender ends [white trim] can give an idea towards fender age.
