Fresh 1953 stamped Jaguar

I haven't been this excited about a bike in a while. I have always loved these ballooner Jags and I am thrilled to have found this beauty in one of my favorite colors. The frame is stamped Nov. 1953 and it has the aluminum rear hub and the double rear fender/brake stay. The seat tube decal is also different on this bike with two loops at the top. Woo hoo!!!

My Jag's serial is C42321 not to far off from yours but mine is not near as good shape as yours my hub is dated 1-64 can you see the date on yours. I am going to need to do a complete restoration getting closer just have to get it painted and some parts chromed then can start re-assembly.

Congrats,What a nice original early Jag with the prototype frame. I too was thinking of bidding on it but I am glad you got it.
