help id this motorcycle photo thor indian

hello, im trying to identify either the rider or the bike, bonus points for both. i got this photo with a group of cs henshaw and oscar hedstrom racing photos, mainly bicycle pacing photos. hedstrom was co founder of indian motorcycles. i thought this could be george hendee, wild guess, on a possible indian. after i took the photo enlarging it looks like thor on the case. i know nothing about early motor bikes, maybe thor. i thought hendee because of the tie between hedstrom and henshaw.... maybe unknown rider. thanks for any info or good guess

I think that is a Thor. Also has a Morrow Eclipse coaster brake on it. At least that what I see.
