Is this a good buy?

Just found this Taylor on Craigslist for $60. Needs a front tire, not sure if its a 16 or 20". Appears to be in decent original condition. I have a few vintage tricycles but no expert on them. Is this a good deal? Any trivia you may have on this model would be appreciated.........Roger

Considering the paint and chrome is nice and it doesn't seem to need much beyond a tire or three I'd personally say $60 seems pretty reasonable. I doubt you will making a $$$ killing by flipping it, however I believe there is probably enough $$$ room to invest in tires and still get all your money out without losing anything.
