Latest Rummage Sale Find

I wrangled this for one dollar yesterday figuring it just needed a bit of straightening- once I got it home and looked closer, I see one of the pins that tie both sides together is gone. What's the odds of repairing this/ coming up with a fix?

You're right, this isn't the Breakroom and I'm truly sorry for sidetracking your thread. I didn't read the entire 510 pages, but I think this "Introduction to Probability" should help answer your question.
