Not to sound cynical, but I always just tap the cups out with a narrow block of wood and a hammer. Just work your way around it until it falls out. for free.

I already have a hammer and a block of wood.

I like it rough. I use a long screw driver and one whack with a hammer. Cup pings across the garage.
 
I'm pretty sure there's a cup removal tool on this Meglinating Variable Intensity Multifunction Power Tool from the Hazard Freight flyer that Fordmike65 posted a while back. I think it's still on sale.
