Matching meads, need a year!

Picked these two mead rangers up yesterday. I bought them for the hub sets as they are both complete new departure models As. I was curious on the year of these two. They both have nickel plated forks. Any info is appreciated.

They look mid teens and I believe the fork crowns are fairly specific to the era. What are your plans for what's left after the hubs are peeled? I would be interested in the men's.
