My old Heckler somebody stole out of my garage four years ago.....

She was a beauty and nice to ride. It was a 1997 and had a polished frame and xtr derailleurs and hubs, mavic rims with butted spokes, Coda magic cranks, caramba handlebar stem, Marzochi coil and oil 4" forks.
At the time it was taken it had two blue kevlar tires. Oh well......Kind of took my interest out of owning nice bicycles. After it was gone I started riding a 1997 Marin hard-tail that I bought new and is pretty beat. I am in my 50s now and I sure miss the soft ride of that Heckler.

Yes, Santa Cruz bikes are great, that's all I ever bought; first one was a Heckler super light back in the day, next one was a Heckler and now a Nomad...great bikes.

By the way I still own the Heckler, sitting in my garage for the last 8 yrs.
