Need help with an i.d. Aftermarket Suspension

I have no idea what this is but I had to have it. Anyone have an idea of what it is? It does have front suspension on it.

A serial # would help here. I'm leaning towards '37/'38 CWC made, as they are one of the usual suspects for Western Flyer badged bikes. Knee-action front suspension is period aftermarket, maybe earlier than the bike. Interesting bike to play with and make a crusty rider!

I'm trying to I.D. A recent find that looks to be the same bike you have (minus the front suspension). Most people are telling me it's a pre war Huffman.
