Need ID Help

This bike belongs to a former coworker. He got it new in the 50's. He thinks he still might have the tank and fenders. He also thinks it might have been bought at Western Auto. Any ideas what it might be? Possible value?

It's a 55 ish Snyder built Rollfast or Hawthorne. Probably $75-100.00. Looks like it might be a 24" also.
