Need your help

Need your help identifying the year of this bicycle and what the possible value is. It is a Major bicycle which was made by Cleveland Welding Co. if I am not mistaken. The serial number is Z14829.

CWC used A, Z and XX in 1935 and 1936.. I have an A code badged Special Nonpareil Bicycle Works in St Louis.. early frame there for sure!

Maybe CWC Man can zero it in more for ya

Looks like about a '36. Not much value there. A base level model house painted and wrong seat. Money is in stem, badge, and chain guard. Whole its a $100 bike. Parted maybe a couple hundred or so. V/r Shawn
