I'm not familiar with Colorado bicycles and trying to figure out any information you may have to share. Serial number is tiny and difficult to read the first 2 numbers. I'll try to take a picture. ... thanks in advance. .Tony. .

From the looks of it I would say it's probably a post war say 1946 to 48. The chain ring first appeared in 1945. The chain guard is the a model that was used from 1942 or later. The fact that the serial numbers are small means that it is a 46 or later. Westfield changed from large stamped numbers to smaller numbers and letters in 1946.

I don't think the badge is original , only Lincoln I've seen are Schwinn built. .
