I'm going to throw this out there, but I think I know where this will end up. Prewar ladies Elgin. Rack and skirt guards have been repainted, everything else is original paint. Wrong headlight obviously. Bars look like they have been cleaned and waxed. Wheels are nice. No bell. Cheap $325 shipped
