Recognize this "Winner" Badge?

This badge with vertical holes came on a bike with horizontal holes (prev onr drilled new holes) so I removed it. Does anyone know the make and/or time period? I have a bike with a somewhat similar style badge but diamond shaped that says only "Viking" which has been identified as a 1914/15 Pope product. Could this be another Pope nameplate? Maybe it was an aftermarket replacement badge? Holes are 2 7/16 center to center.

Most likely a store brand. Westfield made a lot of bikes for a lot of different stores. Not a Westfield brand name.
