Restore Or Not

Just picked up a 1968 apple krate.
Tires are dry rotted. Seat is faded and has a tear. A little rust on chrome and chain guard has scrapes. Should restore or leave it alone since its not to bad?

It's in great shape.. A little rubbing compound followed by a nice car wax will make that a very desirable original paint bike.
