26 x 1 1/4 - 1 3/8, is on the tire sidewall....I have never seen that tire size before. I thought s-6 was a standard Schwinn size, but I also have an s-6 front rim with a 27 x 1 1/4 tire on it.
Note that the rear wheel has the the center line of the rim raised much more than the front wheel, and the rim is wider.
