Schwinn Tank? Any ideas on model/year?

Hey Schwinn folks!
A guy sent me a picture of a tank that he said is off of a Schwinn he had when he was a kid.
He said he blasted, primed, and painted it years ago and since it has sat in storage.

Any ideas what I'm looking at?

Looks like a modified tank, not sure it is Schwinn, That tip is not normal.

It may have come off a Schwinn. But that tank is not original to Schwinn. I collect Schwinn tank bikes. I have never seen that Tank.

I'm guessing his Schwinn was really a Columbia who ripped this design off the Jaguar peanut tank in a canti frame so it's an easy mistake. Early sixties Columbia Torpedo. Like this picture of a Fire Arrow but minus the bell.
