Pre War Schwinn QUESTIONS

I picked up this early pre war Schwinn today. I really don't need another incomplete girls bike,
but this bike has a nice fork, Excelsior headbadge & a good seat.
I only paid $25.00 for it , so why not.
Questions I have...
What year is it? ( Serial number is 35130)
Are the rims original with the Morrow Hub?
Is the "Swiss Cheese" chainguard correct for the bike?

Does anyone have a set of fenders & truss rods for it?

Looks like a 1935 B3. Chain guard and seat are correct. Nice find.

Looks like a 34 the upper rear fork is straight

On the 35 it is curved like the motobike frames. On 35 it uses the hockey stick guard, this style guard is correct for 34, the match to the b10 would have stainless fenders, the rest have painted rain gutters, also the last year for raingutters on schwinn girls bikes. The 35 have motobike style fenders.
