Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Has forward dropouts.
No tapered kickstand.
Bike has been repainted.
Packard headbadge...Marred screws.
Serial number. B58438 located on the bottom bracket

Dropcenter rims (rear is Bendix)...also had US Royal Chains tires....but only Wall hangers with severe weather checking and cracks.

I believe that was a pretty common stem during those times.

That was a typical stem on the regular girls bike.

For what it's worth, I believe that stem was also used on some of the juvenile bikes also.
