front wheel bearing size in old s2 rims with schwinn branded hubsq

Looking for the correct size bearing for my s2 rims from my 49 b-4.

I pulled the bearings out of the cages and measured them and they came out to 5.4mm.
Ive been through all my bearings on hand and dont appear to have anything that matches this. Is this a non standard size? I doesnt match any road or mtb bike bearing ive ever dealt with. Ill be swinging up to the LBS tomorrow to see what they have to say.

They will be standard bearings, still available. 3/16" for common front hubs, 1/4" for rears. For sure take an example of each size of bearing that you're looking for and any bike shop worth their salt will be able to hook you up.

did that tonight. Think the correct answer was 7/32......but whatever it was i got what i need now. Ive got a lot of bearings laying around....just nothing quite like this.
